Rentals
We can manage and maintain all your bookings whilst taking care of advertising and promotion for either for holiday let’s or long lets. Experience with various tour operators based in England, website advertising (including our own) means we can maximise your rental possibilities. We will also organise cleaning and meet and greets if you manage your own bookings.
Cleaning
We can accommodate either holiday lets or simply maintain your property for your own personal use. We offer a Deep/Spring cleaning to freshen up your property for the renting season, or we can simply collect and take care of your laundry
Meet&Greet
We can organise and liaise with renters to allow access to your property whilst informing them of the best places to eat and where to visit. We also act as an emergency contact for any problems that may occur
Security Checks
Even if you don't rent you still need that peace of mind that someone is there checking and keeping an eye on your precious second home. We will perform security checks at intervals of your choice and report back of any problems
Maintenance
We can organise any electrical, plumbing, building & interior/exterior painting maintenance needed on site. We have our own team which can see to all aspects of maintaining your property and keeping it looking its best including extensions, new builds and swimming pools
Gardening/Landscaping Design and Maintenance
We offer garden design and landscaping as well as a monthly or seasonal cut back and maintain of your garden areas - no matter how big or small!
